Bend Luck is both a free action and reaction that grants a bonus or penalty to a target's Attack Roll, Ability Check, or Saving Throw.

Description

Give a target a D4 Physical.png1d4 bonus or penalty to an Attack roll, D20.png Ability Check, or Saving throw.
