The Whispering Promise is an uncommon Ring that grants a bonus to Attack Rolls and Saving Throws to creatures healed by the wearer.
A soft, soothing voice floats from this ring, reciting a prayer over and over.

- When you heal a creature, it gains a
+1d4 bonus to 
Attack rolls and 
Saving throws for 2 turns.
Where to find
- Sacred Pool X: 260 Y: 510: Sold by Volo. He'll leave the area after your first visit. The player needs to complete Rescue Volo to be able to trade with him again inside the camp. Volo will leave the camp if he performs his surgery. In later acts, he can rejoin the camp and will continue to sell the ring.
- Goblin Camp X: -99 Y: 424: Bought or stolen from Grat the Trader.
Notes
- Applies the same condition as the standard
