Barkskin is a level 2 transmutation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to fortify the defense of a willing creature and increase their Armour Class. While under the effect of this spell, the target's skin has a bark-like texture.
Description
Touch a willing creature to toughen its skin and increase its Armour Class up to 16.

How to learn
Classes:
- Class Level 3: Druid, Nature Domain (Domain Spell), and Circle of the Land (Forest)
- Class Level 5: Ranger
Notes
- If you Armour Class is lower than 16, Barkskin changes your base Armour Class to 16 with no other bonuses allowed from any source.
- , , , and all change your base armour class and therefore does not stack.
- If you have multiple of these you will only get the benefit of the one that gives the most Armour Class.
