Clown Hammer is a rare, moderately enchanted (+2) special variant of the Warhammers family of weapons. It is a martial melee weapon that can be wielded in one hand, or with both hands for extra damage.
This hammer has a colourful history - it doesn't honk when you squeeze it, alas.
