Dead Eyes

The Dead Eyes are a group of mercenaries that occupy Old Garlow's Place and attack the party on sight. They can only be encounted if Mayrina is never saved from Auntie Ethel, and thus Mayrina is not around to form the Anti-Hag Support Group.
