Deadlier than Arsenic is a level 4 evocation spell. It is a variant of Kereska's Favour that allows its caster to imbue themselves with the power of poison and unlock resistances and spells associated with it. It is granted by Markoheshkir.

Description

Embrace Kereska's poison to gain resistance to Poison damage. Your poison spells deal additional Poison damage equal to your proficiency bonus.

When you deal spell damage, inflict 2 turns^{[See Notes]} of  Poisoned upon the target. While attuned to Kereska's poison you can cast  Cloudkill and  Ray of Sickness at 5th level once each per short rest.

Notes

• The in-game tooltip says this effect inflicts Poisoned for 1 turn, but it actually inflicts it for 2 turns.
• Applying Poisoned can only occur once per attack. A spell hitting multiple targets like  Cloudkill will only apply the condition to a single target.
