Chilling Overflow is a variant of  Overflowing Brew available to Thisobald Thorm in Honour mode when his brew type is ⁠Cold.

Description

Thisobald's unstable brew overflows, dealing 6d6⁠⁠Cold to surrounding enemies and empowering his allies with a  Cold Brew.
