Core items
- Phalar Aluve: This weapon will be used for its ability rather than the ability it is known for. This grants all nearby allies in 6 m / 20 ft an effect equivalent to but also stacks with it. Conveniently, Phalar Aluve is also a finesse weapon (very unusual for its weapon class).
- The Whispering Promise: This item will grant for Duration: 2 turns on heal. This is key to boost the utility of . This gives a non-concentration source of this potent effect that also stacks with Phalar Aluve's equivalent effect.
- Hellrider's Pride: This will grant for Duration: 2 turns on heal which further boosts the utility of each heal. These will be upgraded to The Reviving Hands in Act III.
- Wapira's Crown: This will heal you 1d6hit points whenever you cast a healing spell. Once the build is online, that will be twice per turn. It also works as a replacement for . Note that it doesn't actually grant from The Whispering Promise.
- Boots of Aid and Comfort: This will apply 3 temporary hit points on every heal. Due to the way temporary hit points work, this may actually be detrimental. (It could prevent a better source of temporary HP from applying).
Rejected items
- Staff of Arcane Blessing: The bonus to the effect does apply with The Whispering Promise.
