- Given to the player by Nettie in the Emerald Grove.
- In a wooden crate in the Hidden Vault, accessible through Enclave Library, next to Nettie's laboratory.
- Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Ashes of Wyvern Stinger (procured from Wyvern Stinger) and any Sublimate. Under most circumstances, this is substantially more expensive than purchasing the toxin directly from a merchant.
Notes
- In Early Access, Wyvern Toxin was called Wyvern Poison and had far more potent effects.
- The damage only applies at the end of the target's next turn. The in-game tooltip states that "on a successful Constitution saving throw, target still takes half damage", but that does not seem to be true. On a successful saving throw, they do not receive the damage-applying condition at all.
