Tactics edit

The Addled Frog has an unusually high Armour Class due to her Reflective Mucus passive and Mirror ImageMirror Image ability. While she only has one attack, Venomous Discharge is a powerful AoE that can strike multiple party members at once. The frog also frequently uses JumpJump to create distance. Additionally, the first ranged attack or spell that strikes the Addled Frog is reflected due to Reflective Mucus. Notably, all missiles from the first Magic MissileMagic Missile spell are reflected. Her Toxic SecretionsToxic Secretions can inflict MadnessMadness on characters who attack the frog.

While the Addled Frog can be quite deadly, she has relatively low health, and is vulnerable to the SleepSleep spell. After the initial projectile is reflected, using Magic MissileMagic Missile likely kills the Addled Frog due to her low health. Additionally, her only high saving throw modifier is dexterity, so she almost always fails saving throws with other abilities.
