Callous Glow

Callous Glow is a passive feature that adds damage to targets that are illuminated.

Description

The wearer deals an additional 2 points of ⁠Radiant^{[See: Bugs]} damage against creatures that are illuminated.

How to learn

Granted by the equipment:

•  Callous Glow Ring

Notes

• The effect requires the target to be standing in a light level of  Clear Area.
• Actions and spells that deals multiple instances of damage, like  Flurry of Blows,  Magic Missile, or  Scorching Ray will apply the additional damage for every instance.
• The 2⁠⁠Radiant damage is added to almost all damage sources originating from the wearer.
  • Examples include  Phalar Aluve: Shriek,  Void Bulb,  Electrified Water, self-damage from  Psionic Overload (as of 4.1.1.3905231).

• The ingame tooltip does not specify the damage type, but it is ⁠Radiant.
