Diseased (status group)

Diseased is a status group. Diseases are often mundane in nature and can be cured on their own, or with the help of various potions and healing abilities.

Removal

The following items remove all conditions in this status group:

• Potion of Vitality
• Jhannyl's Gloves

The following spells/actions remove all conditions in this status group:

•  Lay on Hands
•  Lesser Restoration
•  Heal

Immunity

The following spells/actions grant immunity to all conditions in this status group:

•  Divine Health
•  Feign Death
•  Heroes' Feast

The following passive features grant immunity to all conditions in this status group:

•  Nature's Ward
•  Purity of Body

List of conditions in Diseased

Condition	Effects
Crawling Gnaw	Target is inflicted with zombie mucus. If the affected entity dies before the infection wears off, it will temporarily rise as a Newborn Zombie. Newborn Zombies are statistically the same as the Summoned Zombie, except that they only have 10 Hit Points, and they have the condition Newborn Zombie, causing them to take 1Necrotic damage per turn. Newborn Zombies will follow the original Summoned Zombie.
Feverish	Increasingly feverish. Disadvantage on Ability checks and Saving throws using Strength. When the duration ends, make a DC 15  Constitution saving throw. Failing will inflict the condition  Filth Fever.
Filth Fever	Crushed by fever. Disadvantage on Attack rolls, and Ability checks and Saving throws using Strength. When the duration ends, make a DC 15  Constitution saving throw. Failing will re-inflict the Filth Fever condition. Duration: 25 turns
Flesh Rot	Flesh is decaying. Disadvantage on Ability checks and Saving throws using Charisma. Vulnerable to all damage. DC 15  Constitution saving throw to remove condition when the duration ends, otherwise it is reapplied.
Harm	Affected entity's maximum Hit Points have been reduced by the damage inflicted by the Harm spell This condition is a Disease
Infected	Has Disadvantage on Constitution Saving Throws, and Constitution is reduced by 1.
Infested	Crawling with tiny spiders that deal 1d4 Piercing damage and 1d4 Poison damage each turn. When hit with a melee attack, the infestation spreads to the attacker. Upon death, the infestation spreads to all nearby creatures. Removed by Fire or Acid damage. Doesn't harm ettercaps or spiders. At the start of your turn, you can make a new Saving Throw to try and remove the infection.
Rotting	Open wound is starting to rot. Disadvantage on Ability checks and Saving throws using Charisma. DC 15  Constitution saving throw to remove condition when the condition expires from duration. Failure will lead to you gaining  Flesh Rot.
Sea Plague	Beaded and adrip with thick oily sweat, the affected entity has Disadvantage on Ability checks, Saving throws, and Attack rolls using  Strength.
Septic	Affected entity has its Constitution reduced by 1, and has Disadvantage on Constitution Saving throws
Stricken With Blinding Sickness	Fingernails of searing pain dig into the affected entity's eyes. It has Disadvantage on Wisdom Checks and Saving throws, and is also Blinded.
Stricken With Filth Fever	Beaded and adrip with thick oily sweat, the affected entity has Disadvantage on Checks, Saving throws, and Attack rolls using Strength.
Stricken With Flesh Rot	Rotting in their own vat of stinking Skin, the affected entity has Disadvantage on Charisma Checks and Vulnerability to all damage.
Stricken With Mindfire	Affected entity's brain is cooking in a stew of hot blood. It has Disadvantage on Intelligence Checks and behaves as if  Confused during combat.
Stricken With Seizures	Involuntary convulsions shiver through the affected entity, giving it Disadvantage on Ability Checks, Saving throws, and Attack rolls using Dexterity.
Stricken With Slimy Doom	Affected entity oozes waxy, globulous blood. It has Disadvantage on Constitution Checks and Saving throws. In addition, whenever it takes damage, it is Stunned until the end of its next turn.
