Gremishka are a type of Monstrosity and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found in Rosymorn Monastery during Act One.

Gremishkas somewhat resemble a fur-less feline with the ears of a bat, and razor-sharp teeth.

Unique traits edit
Gremishkas have the Magic Allergy condition at all times: whenever a spell or cantrip is cast close to them, they gain the Unstable condition. At the start of its next turn, it triggers a random effect, similar to Wild Magic, through a list of possible effects unique to gremishkas.

- Create an ice surface and gain .
- Chaotic Offence
- Gain 3 , become , and become all at once.
- Panther Polymorph
- Turn into a panther.
- Force Explosion
- Create an explosion that nearby creatures.
- Gremishka Spawn
- Burst into pieces. Two new gremishkas are born from your remains.
Tactics edit
Gremishkas are not particularly imposing Monstrosities, yet they make up for this through numbers and their chaotic reactions to magic. Using something as simple as Fire Bolt can cause a chain reaction through Wild Magic effects, which trigger other gremishka's Allergy condition. Their Evasion passive also makes it challenging to kill them with AoE spells like Fireball.
The simplest approach is to rely on physical attacks and avoid using magic. If no spells are cast, a fight against these cat-like creatures is typically quite easy.
