Kuo-Toa Acolytes is a unique class action only available during the Confront the Elder Brain quest. It allows you to summon several kuo-toa to your side.

Description

Call the fishfolk faithful from the Underdark to fight for their god - you.

Dismissed after combat until re-summoned.
Can't be summoned again if killed in combat.
