The Champion of Mahkloompah is a special Sahuagin Champion that can be summoned from Kuo-Toa Acolytes Kuo-Toa Acolytes during the game's final sequence.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

In order to summon them, the party must kill BOOOAL BOOOAL, which reveals that he is not a god and frightens the Kuo-Toa into declaring the current party member "Mahkloompah", their new god.
