Sethan: Spiritual Greataxe is a level 6 evocation spell. This is a unique item spell allows the wielder of Sethan to summon an ethereal greataxe that can attack enemies.

This is equivalent to the Cleric spell  Spiritual Weapon: Greataxe cast at level 6.

Summon a spiritual twin of Sethan in a point you can see, dealing 3d8 + 1 + Spellcasting modifierForce damage on a hit.
