Spell Necromancy Contagion Seizure.png

Contagion: Seizure is a level 5 necromancy spell. This spell is a variation of the Level 5 Necromancy Spell, Contagion. It allows spellcasters to Poison an enemy, with the possibility of the affliction progressing into a Disease which saps target's Charisma.

Description

Poison a target and possibly afflict them with a Disease. When cast, the target receives Contagion Poisoned (Stage 1):

  • Each turn, it must succeed on a Saving throw, or the Poison will advance in stage. On 3 successes, it recovers. On 3 failures, it contracts the Disease corresponding to the variant of the spell Contagion that was cast.

After advancing to Stage 3, if the target then fails a third Saving throw, it will become Stricken With Flesh Rot. The creature begins to mortify, becoming a festering flesh sack propped up by bones, impairing its Charisma.
