Suspicious Poison

Suspicious Poison is a Potion which is meant to look like a Potion of Healing but actually inflicts the  Poisoned condition when consumed. When thrown, it behaves like a Basic Poison, which also deals the damage of a Wyvern Poison, potentially for several turns.

Don't be fooled - this 'potion' will leave you worse for wear.

Effect

Bonus action

• Inflicts  Poisoned when consumed.
• Constitution saving throw: DC 11
  • Suffers Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and Ability Checks.
  • Duration: 3 turns
  • Automatically reattempts the save at end of round to remove Poisoned.

Suspicious Poison can alternatively be thrown. Action

• Throw the poison to create a small Poison Cloud.
  • AoE: 1 m / 3 ft (Radius)
  • Duration: 1 turn
  • Deals
    3d6 (3~18) Poison damage
    damage to all creatures in the Poison Cloud and inflicts the  Potion of Poison condition on them for 3 turns. In addition, they must make a Constitution saving throw: DC 11 or receive the  Poisoned condition for 1 round.
  • Creatures affected by the  Potion of Poison condition must make a Constitution saving throw: DC 13 at the start of their turn or take
    3d6 (3~18) Poison damage
    damage. This damaging effect lasts for 10 turns or until a successful save is made.
