is a resource for Monk. It is used to cast certain abilities like Flurry of Blows and Water Whip instead using a spell slot.

At level 1, the Monk starts with 2 charges of Ki Points, and gain one more every subsquent level. Expended Charges can be restored by taking a short rest, or, if the Monk's subclass is Way of the Four Elements, they can use Harmony of Fire and Water.

Actions that uses Ki

Subclass	Spell Name			Description
	Blade of Rime	+ 2		Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold to anyone nearby. It leaves an ice surface.
	Harmony of Fire and Water			Harmony of Fire and Water is an Action that allows the  Monk to recover half of their max Ki Point outside of combat, but can only be used once per long rest.
