Blood is smeared across the shield's face, exalting wielders who bear the Absolute's mark - and blighting those who don't.

Note: The Word of the Absolute applies the equivalent of File:Shield of Faith Icon 2.png Shield of Faith (without the typical Concentration requirement) to all allies in the radius who have been branded. Non-branded targets will instead be afflicted by Bane until Long Rest.
