These skulls are found in the upper floors of Lady Jannath's Estate. They cast 
when a player character is nearby, making them difficult to evade. The skulls see through 
and similar effects.

Due to their vulnerability to bludgeoning damage, they are easy to destroy from a safe distance.
Strategy
Due to them triggering a when being near them it's hard to approach them. Therefore it's advised to simply throw a bludgeoning weapon at them which has the "thrown" trait. A simple Light Hammer thrown by a character with decent strength is sufficient to kill a skull in one blow.
Alternatively, casting 
will remove the 
status from the skull, preventing from being cast. This requires being within melee range of the skull, which may cause the skull to cast . A method of applying is using 
to blink to a location outside of the skulls sight line, they can then be disabled with from behind or from the side if you position carefully.
Casting the ritual spell 
on the skulls will entirely neutralize its attack.
