The Sparkle Hands are a pair of rare Gloves that grant Lightning Charges on unarmed attacks and provides 
Advantage against metal constructs and armoured foes while charged.

Notes
- Throwing attacks and improvised weapon attacks also count as unarmed for the purposes of the Conductive Strikes effect.
- Spells/cantrips that use an Attack Roll, as opposed to a Saving Throw, also count for the purposes of the Effective Transmitter effect.
