Note: These items are locked behind the dialogue choice of following Zarys's order to kill the tied-up Rugan. If you follow the order, the Zhents will consider you an ally, giving you access to their special stash. In practice, this means that the items above are added to Brem's inventory, and can then be acquired through trading, pick-pocketing, or looting his corpse if you decide to kill them anyway. If you refuse the order to finish Rugan off, the Zhents will become hostile, and the items won't appear in Brem's inventory, making them impossible to acquire.

Notes

• The Zhentarim Basement is one of the four entrances to the Underdark.
• There is a secret lift that leads to the Underdark hidden behind an illusionary wall at X: 268 Y: -190. Succeeding on a Perception check while next to the wall will reveal it. Passing through the wall will cause any nearby Zhentarim to become hostile.
