Notes

• The description does not match the condition's effects. The condition instead applies Disadvantage on all ability checks and attack rolls.
• Currently, the only way to obtain this condition is through a 1 in 100 chance after kissing Minthara, and then randomly obtaining this poison amongst a list of other poisons.
