Notes

  • When a hiding creature enters the line of sight of a creature with darkvision, and is within the range of darkvision:
  • The same applies to Superior DarkvisionSuperior Darkvision, just with a longer range.

Bugs

  • Normally, a creature gains AdvantageAdvantage when making a ranged attack from within magical DarknessDarkness, assuming it can do so via a feature such as Devil's SightDevil's Sight that grants vision in magical darkness. However, if the target of the attack has Darkvision, and the attacker is within the target's Darkvision range, then the attacker gains no advantage. This is despite the fact that Darkvision does not grant vision in magical darkness.
