• In the basement of ⁠Philgrave's Mansion, if killing  Mystic Carrion and then long resting before destroying the heart

Notes

• After reading the book  Funerary Jar Form and Function found in the ⁠Ancient Lair, it can be expelled from Thrumbo through a new dialogue option.
• When destroyed, the jar explodes and deals 8d6⁠⁠Fire damage ( Dexterity saving throw, DC 10, to halve) on 4 m / 13 ft radius.
• If directly attacked and the attacker fails to destroy the jar, they take 5⁠⁠Necrotic damage.
• This item appears to have many, if not most, of the qualities that constitute a ⁠Phylactery.
