Notes

  • Lethal Weapon does not bypass immunity to BludgeoningBludgeoning, only resistance.
  • Lethal Weapon applies to Unarmed StrikeUnarmed Strikes made while the weapon is equipped. Most characters cannot make Unarmed Strikes while a melee weapon is equipped in their main hand, but monks who are level 5 or higher can use Stunning Strike (Unarmed)Stunning Strike (Unarmed) or Martial Arts: Bonus Unarmed StrikeMartial Arts: Bonus Unarmed Strike as a Bonus Action and gain this benefit.
  • Lethal Weapon also causes other sources of Bludgeoning damage from a character with the weapon equipped to ignore resistance. For example, a dual-wielded Bludgeoning damage weapon in melee, the Dwarven Thrower being thrown, or the spell Ice StormIce Storm.
