Lightning Breath (Ansur)

Lightning Breath is a special class action used by Ansur. This ability allows him to breathe a column of damaging lightning in a target direction. He can use this attack as an action or as a reaction to retaliate against attackers with  Legendary Action: Draconic Wrath in Tactician difficulty and above.

Description

Breathe bolts of lightning that strike and possibly  Shock your foes.
