RangeIgnoreVerticalThreshold (spell flag)

RangeIgnoreVerticalThreshold is a spell flag. Spells and other actions with this flag have unlimited vertical range so they are only limited by the horizontal range listed on the action. This applies to almost every ranged action in the game. Normal high ground rules still apply to these actions.
