How to learn
Used by creatures: Water Elemental
Notes
- When the ice created by this attack melts, it leaves behind a water surface that lasts indefinitely.
- This action normally has a spell save DC of 16, as the Water Elemental uses Strength as its spellcasting ability. This means the DC can be reliably increased by giving it Strength-setting elixirs, such as the Elixir of Hill Giant Strength (Strength 21 raises the DC to 17) or the Elixir of Cloud Giant Strength (Strength 27 raises the DC to 20).
