Obelia Toobin is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond and daughter of Zanner Toobin. She is held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.
Involvement
If the party decides to dock with the Iron Throne, Gortash will trigger explosions that will collapse the Iron Throne. Obelia is standing at the southern hallway, and will immediately dash towards the Submersible to escape.

Obelia will only use Dash every turn, like all other gondian prisoners.

- Obelia will have 50% more HP and interestingly, cannot be pushed or shoved.
