Nebulous Black Hole is an Action and Illithid Power available to Full-Illithids. This ability creates a black hole which pulls in nearby enemies and possibly Slows them.
Description
Create a point of intense gravity that pulls in all nearby enemies and possibly Slows them.
Properties
Range: 18 m / 60 ft
Condition: Slowed
Duration: 1 turn
- Movement Speed is halved
Armour Class and Dexterity 
Saving throws are reduced by 2- Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
- Cannot take Reactions
- Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
- Spells cast might be delayed for one turn
Condition: Black Hole
Duration: 1 turn
- The black hole pulls nearby creatures and deals 7~34
Force damage. The nearby area is Difficult Terrain and can creatures within it. - Intelligence saving throw
