It contains a hospital, including an annex; a library upstairs; a graveyard; and most noticeably a large operating theatre that bears a strong resemblance to anatomical theatres of old that were used to dissect cadavers. It is staffed entirely by undead, and led by [[Malus Thorm]] who serves as the general surgeon.

It's also possible to ascend the lift near the operating theatre, although this leads to a locked door.
