Magical Hand Crossbow is a very rare, moderately enchanted (+2) variant of the Hand Crossbows family of weapons. It is a martial ranged weapon wielded in one hand. It's a light weapon that anyone can dual-wield without special training.
The string of this crossbow, secured tightly against the stock, came from the lyre of a powerful bard who gave up his days as a magical minstrel for a more ascetic life.
