Shield Blow is a reaction granted by many Shields that allows you to strike back at an enemy that hits you, knocking them .
Description
When a foe hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction, to knock it unless they succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw.

Condition: Prone
Duration: 1 turn
Spell save DC Strength saving throw
- Can't move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
- Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
- A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
- A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.

As of Patch 5, this action doesn't appear to do anything. This has been fixed in patch 6 and now works as expected.
