Dalyria and Pale Petras can be found arguing on the first floor. Interacting with them will progress Astarion's personal quest, The Pale Elf. Note that if the party approaches them with a light effect active (such as Daylight or with Lathander's Light equipped) they will disappear and one of the party members will make a comment about it.

Hidden room

Up a ladder on the second floor X: -12 Y: 87 is an attic with a red wardrobe X: -17 Y: 82 which can be opened with the Flowery Key.

A successful DC 10 Perception check followed by a DC 10 Investigation check allows the party to spot blood by the bed and find Ffion Goldgrind's body. Inside this room are several objects which can be interacted with to gain more information about the Open Hand Temple murders. In particular, the bloodstained parchment found on the table to the right of the room's entrance is necessary to progress the quest. See the quest Solve the Open Hand Temple Murders for more details.
