Zumbo Pumbo is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.
Involvement
If the party decides to dock with the Iron Throne, Gortash will trigger explosions that will collapse the Iron Throne. Zumbo Pumbo is trapped in one of the western cells alongside Ogro Nettles and Ceres Olsin. Once freed, he will dash towards the Submersible to escape.

Zumbo Pumbo will only use Dash every turn, with the help of the 
condition which is applied when the cage is opened.
