Marlono Rhandle is a human member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.

Involvement
If entering the Iron Throne, Enver Gortash triggers explosions that collapse the building. Marlono is trapped in the southern cell of the eastern three cells alongside Deedle Ofran. Once freed, he dashes towards the Submersible to escape.
