Toron can be found in The Hollow of the Emerald Grove tending to a Hungry Ox, Bored Ox, and Strange Ox. He leaps to their defence if attacking one of the oxens.

If travelling to the Rosymorn Monastery Trail or the Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha Kagha's ritual the Rite of Thorns, the tieflings are expelled from the Emerald Grove and Toron's corpse can be found among the pile of refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.
