Overview
It is located across from Elerrathin's Home, close to the Baldur's Gate waypoint. Figaro is the brother of Carmen Pennygood, the owner of Carm's Garm in Wyrm's Crossing. He is one of the names on the

Basement
The basement can be accessed through a locked hatch near the stairs to the second floor.
It contains several Dyes and a desk with a
