Advantage on attack rolls

Conditions

  • Blinded Blinded - Attack rolls against the target have advantage
  • Entangled Entangled - Attack rolls against the target have advantage
  • Enwebbed Enwebbed - Attack rolls against the target have advantage
  • Invisible Invisible - Advantage on attack rolls
  • Off Balance Off Balance - Attack rolls against the target have advantage
  • Paralysed Paralysed - Attack rolls against the target have advantage and attacks made within 3 m / 10 ft of the target are automatic Critical Hits
  • Restrained Restrained - Attack rolls against the target have advantage
  • Sleeping Sleeping - Attack rolls against the target have advantage and attacks made within 1.5 m / 5 ft of the target are automatic Critical Hits

Conditions

  • Blinded Blinded - Disadvantage on attack rolls and ranged attacks and spells have a range of 3 m / 10 ft
  • Entangled Entangled - Disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Enwebbed Enwebbed - Disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Frightened Frightened - Disadvantage on attack rolls while the source of its fear is within line of sight
  • Invisible Invisible - Disadvantage on attack rolls against the target
  • Poisoned Poisoned - Disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Restrained Restrained - Disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Weak Grip Weak Grip - Disadvantage on attack rolls

Spells

  • Bone Chill Bone Chill - Undead target has disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Vicious Mockery Vicious Mockery - Target has disadvantage on its next attack roll
  • Protection from Evil and Good Protection from Evil and Good - Aberrations, Celestials, Elementals, Fey, Fiends, and Undead have disadvantage on attack rolls against the target
  • Blindness Blindness - Target has disadvantage on attack rolls and ranged attacks and spells have a range of 3 m / 10 ft
  • Blur Blur - Attack rolls against the target have disadvantage
  • Heat Metal Heat Metal - Target has disadvantage on attack rolls if touching metal weapons or armour
  • Invisibility Invisibility - Attack rolls against the target have disadvantage
  • Bestow Curse Bestow Curse - Target has disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Greater Invisibility Greater Invisibility - Attack rolls against the target have disadvantage
  • Staggering Smite Staggering Smite - Target has disadvantage on attack rolls
  • Otto's Irresistible Dance Otto's Irresistible Dance - Target has disadvantage on attack rolls
