- Class level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
- Character level 1: High Elf, and High Half-Elf

Notes
- The High Elf and High Half-Elf racial versions of this spell are from the Wizard spell list and use Intelligence as the spellcasting ability, regardless of the character's class.
- This spell has been renamed from Chill Touch, the tabletop version's name.
- The incantation for Bone Chill is Timē, the Latin command "fear."
