Fireball

Fireball is a level 3 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to unleash a streak of fire from their hands that ignites into a large explosion at a chosen point within range.

Description

Shoot a bright flame from your fingers that explodes upon contact, torching everything in the vicinity for 8d6Fire damage.

AoE: 4 m / 13 ft (Radius)

At higher levels

When the spell is cast using a 4th level slot or higher, damage increases by 1d6Fire for each spell slot level above 3rd.

Classes:

• Class Level 5: Sorcerer, Wizard, Light Domain, and Fiend

• Class Level 6: College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)

• Class Level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)

Granted by the following items:

• Incandescent Staff ( Recharge: Long rest)
• Markoheshkir ( Recharge: Short rest)

Notes

The incantation for Fireball is Ardē, the Latin command "burn/blaze!"
