Warlock Gurk is a Goblin Warlock who is in the Goblin Camp in Act One. He roams around the center party area before straying off to the eastern courtyard were Novice Crusher is busy boasting. If talked to, he will ask if you have a Brand yet, wanting to compare it to his own. If you haven't gotten it yet, he will encourage you to head into the Shattered Sanctum and talk to Priestess Gut.
