Where to find
- Sold by Araj Oblodra in the Lower City if allowing her to take the player character's blood after drinking the Mysterious Potion
Notes
- It is possible to donate blood to Araj Oblodra once per long rest. Although Araj does not mention this, upon each occasion of donating she gains two Sanguine Explosives to sell; the explosives are in her trade list after donating.
- This item is functionally similar to the Orthonic Handbomb, though it lacks the Quickly Ticking Mine condition.
- This item applies a variant of Burning which cannot be removed by normal means, such as Help or Wet.
Bugs
- When using Throw, the radius appears to be 4 m / 13 ft, but the actual radius is only 2 m / 7 ft, the same as a Water surface created by throwing a water bottle.
- Most characters do not respond or turn hostile when their allies are damaged or even killed by this item's explosion, including the chain explosions caused by it.
