Notes

  • The saving throws against the explosion and smokepowder surface ignition share the same DC, but are independent rolls.
  • Independent of Fire, Force damage alone ignites the smokepowder surface.
  • The satchel explodes if thrown or placed onto a fire surface.
  • Creatures on the outer edge of the blast radius may take no damage from the smokepowder igniting, but might still be knocked back and take explosion damage.
