The Circlet of Fire is an uncommon Circlet that grants the wearer a bonus action whenever they deal 
Fire damage with a leveled spell.
Merely holding the circlet makes your skin flush, filling you with determination and righteous fury.

Where to find
This item is not present in the launch version of the game. Its effects have largely been replicated by the Pyroquickness Hat found in Act Three.
