- Throwing this corpse at another creature or object will deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage to the entity it hit.
- It is possible to view this entity's stats by Examining it.
- Multiple copies of this entity are spawned on the ground if a specific Zhentarim Shipping Crate is destroyed.

- While a player is attempting to Throw one of these entities, the Dead Mind Flayer Tadpole's size appears much bigger than normal, and on the entity's model, its composite mouth can sometimes be seen moving.
