Evard's Black Tentacles is a level 4 conjuration spell. Summons tentacles in an area that make it difficult to move and harm creatures.

Description

Tentacles sprout from the ground, turning the area into Difficult Terrain Difficult Terrain, attacking and Smothering Smothering creatures within.
