Finesse is a weapon attribute that allows characters to use their Strength or Dexterity (whichever is higher) with the weapon, adding that Ability Modifier to Attack Rolls and Damage Rolls. Only weapons with this attribute can be used for rogue Sneak Attack (Melee) action.
